Gregory Farhat, President & Broker    

Farhat founded Jameson Real Estate Services in 2011 and has been the active President ever since. With a strong passion for doing business with good principles in the Greater Lansing area, Gregory has evolved his campaign of real estate acquisitions and management to buyer/tenant representation as a State of Michigan licensed real estate broker. 

Gregory's experience in the real estate and development industry started in 2003 in residential development in DeWitt, Michigan while attending Michigan State University. After some poor experiences with landlords as a student tenant, Farhat was determined to provide and manage housing that benefited the tenants as much as the landlord.  These residential investments were in the City of Lansing, focusing on long term tenancy.  He is an active member of the community, specifically with local non-profits: Allen Neighborhood Center (Board Members and Owner’s Representative), Boys and Girls Club of Lansing (Finance Committee), Ele's Place and Big Brothers Big Sisters.

The bigger picture of real estate is kept sharp with Gregory's career at Jackson National Life Insurance where he is responsible for the corporate real estate functions nationwide.  This amasses to over 1.2M square feet managed. Before his career in corporate real estate experience at Jackson, Gregory  was the senior project manager at The Christman Company for six years.  With a variety of clients in discipline and geography, he was involved with approximately $250M of commercial development and construction with Christman.

Jess Farhat, Client Service Specialist    

It is easy to get lost in the day to day operations for any business and their leadership team.  Jameson Real Estate Services is dedicated to challenging status-quo in all aspects, especially when it comes to our servicing our clients.

Jess' role is to look at every piece of the business from the client's perspective.  From marketing brochures and proposals to appreciation packages during the holiday season, the finishing touches run through Jess for not only consistency but constant improvement. While her role may be "behind the scenes", it is a large factor to why Jameson Real Estate Services continues to evolve as a premier commercial real estate company.

Tony Rizk, Property Manager  

Rizk brings the personal touch to our property management services.  He uses technology as a tool to automate the process; this allows him to spend more time with our tenants and vendors ensuring expectations are being exceeded.  

Tony is tasked with the never-ending balance of quality, cost and schedule as he maintains our properties to ensure a long, high quality lifespan.  Careful selection of our contractors and vendors is the first step to rounding off our team.  Close monitoring and supervision of our vendors allows Tony to indefinitely grow in expertise and experience; it also ensures accountability with everyone on our team.
